After a master's degree cum laude in Tourism Economics and Management at the University of Bologna, Luca chooses to make an impact on the Italian job market by improving it under a social aspect. He developes his management skills through the founding of a student association in Rimini (Slash) and thanks to courses and incubators. After years of preparation he answers to his strong ethical calling by giving birth to Ethicjobs, which since January 2017 it’s working to improve the quality of work among Italian companies.
Luca is also working in Rimini as a teacher for professional training courses.
