Veronika Hornung-Prähauser, MAS, graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, European Studies at the University of Amsterdam and received her doctorate in Communication Science from the Center for Information and Communication Technologies & Society (ICT&S) at the University of Salzburg. She holds a Master in Systemic Organizational Development & Change Management (University of Vienna-Klagenfurt, IFF). Since 2001 she has been working in the interdisciplinary field of applied innovation and management research at the Landesforschungsgesellschaft Salzburg Research, currently leading the innovation research group. Her research focus lies in the complex early stages of the innovation process and new behavioural innovationmanagement methods.
The Innovation Lab researches, evaluates and supports companies and organisations in the economic and social integration of “digital innovations” in various fields of application. It has expertise in national study preparation and technology roadmapping, conducting surveys and best practice analyses. A current European research project of the Lab deals with how to traing and coach a young generation in the field of digital social innovation and entrepreneurship.
