Petra has a passion for people and lives in change, marketing, corporate culture and peace. She earned her master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and her Ph.D. in Management and Marketing, University of Wollongong, Australia.
Petra has over 13 years of experience in consulting and training with leaders, in sales and organizational development, which helps her to put research into practice. The key aspects of her research and teaching are emotional intelligence, communication – including how to pitch, conflict solving, mindful leadership and organizational development (particularly change and culture). Petra’s systemic approach in her work focuses on humans, their personal development and their role in the social and corporate world, pursuing innovative long-term results that may benefit oneself and the community.
