Marija is Project Manager in the Center for Social Innovations BLINK 42-21, aiming to focus her work on the development of innovative digital solutions for better education in Republic of North Macedonia. She is experienced project manager and an enthusiatic young person that believes that through motivation of innovations in every part of the society the world can be better place for living.
Having MSc in Finance and Financial Law at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”- Skopje, she has worked on educational, production, media and program developement projects realized by different donors on national and international level. In addition to this she has professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of project focused on development in rule of law, democracy, education, employment, social enterpreneurship, civic participation and others. Marija is one of the few certified young persons for assessment of higher education programs and institutions against the European Standards and Guidelines for higher education 2015 in the Western Balkan region. She has helped over 20 higher education institutions in Europe to deliver more innovation and employability oriented study programs for their students.
Marija is an Alumni fellow of the U.S. State Department International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and Alumni member of the European Law Students Association (ELSA). Also she is an active member in the Macedonian American Alumni Association and Global Shapers Skopje Hub. Marija is speaker, facilitator and certified trainer for simulation games. She is fluent in Macedonian, English and Serbian.
Marija and her team won the European Youth Award in the category Active Citizenship in 2019 with the project mCommunity.
