Magdalena Kubów is an expert in the field of Entrepreneurship. She is a coordinator of the new track of Master and Bachelor studies: Management & Leadership at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
She prepared PhD dissertation in the field of Management. in the Management Faculty at Warsaw University. She finished doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management, the University of Warsaw; studies in Management at the Leon Kozminski Academy of Management and Enterpreneurship; studies in Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. She accomplished part of these studies at Polytechnic of Viseu in Portugal.
Her research interests involve entrepreneurship, humanistic management, self-management, business models, and cultural determinants of entrepreneurship. She cooperated as a lecturer with the Warsaw University and Leon Kozminski Academy of Management and Enterpreneurship. She published a lot of articles about entrepreneurship in reviewed academic journals, and presented the research outcomes at international academic conferences. She was an expert in the project Entrepreneurship in the creative sectors.
In addition to her academic activities, for over ten years she has been cooperating as an entrepreneur with NGO’s, National Centre of the Culture, local centres of the culture in Warsaw. Moreover, she is an co-author of the programme and a Leader of Warsaw Sport Project organized in cooperation with local government in Warsaw, capital city of Poland.
She likes working with the students, creating business ideas and preparing business models with them. The most important factor in business for her is just…imagination!
