Lea M. Hansjürgen
Lea is a moderator, consultant and researcher in the area of creative communities, social innovations and urban development. Based on her passion for these topics, she herself has developed and organized innovative community formats (e.g. XO TALK, Paderborn) and has therefore hands-on experience with impact-focussed, analogue and digital projects, marketing, integrating stakeholders and fund-raising.
Complementing her hands-on projects, she has been working for academic institutions (e.g. University of Paderborn, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) as lecturer for social entrepreneurship seminars. She is skilled in analysing and guiding people towards impactful projects. Also, Lea worked at the University Startup-Centre (TecUP/garage33) where she built and managed the regional venture capital network.
Lea holds a Master degree in Music and Creative Industries which she studied in Mannheim, Germany and Amsterdam, Netherlands. If Lea doesn’t explore creative communities, places and other creative phenomena around the world, she is doing yoga, playing music and spending time with her friends and family.
