Julianna Faludi PhD is a sociologist researching social innovation, the relation of human and technology, and digital entrepreneurship. Her research is driven by the scientific quest for ways of human agency in the digital era. Currently, Julianna is research fellow at Graz TU, Institute for Advanced Studies in Science, Technology and Society.
Working for various institutions in the field, Julianna has extensive experience in regional development policies, local development, strategy, programme design, evaluation and assessment. Julianna has been lecturing Sociology (Economic, Organizational, and Sociology of Arts), Branding and Innovation. Being member of several boards, he CESEEnet network and previously the managing director of the European-wide Joint Master Programme in Local Development she is experienced in international education and research projects. She is passionate about how the world is wired, the relationship of art, design, technology and society.
