Helena Guggenbichler is Chief Digital Offier at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection based in Vienna. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the digitaliziation strategy of the ministry, including initiatives with downstream organizations, social security and public employment service. In addition she takes care of the development of knowledge management in the ministry and leads initatives to promote innovation in public procurement. She is member of the supervisory board for the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety and for the Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein.
Before joining the Ministry as Secretary General 2018, she held different global management positions for ABB and Hewlett-Packard. She has an degree in International Business Administration from the University Vienna and an International Executive MBA from the University St. Gallen.
