Hartwin Kostron is currently employed as Marketing and Creative Director at Young mountain marketing, a European agency that has pioneered in creating unique mountain experiences for skiers and snowboarders across the Alpine landscape. From the niche position of offering full-service mountain branding for skiing resorts by designing and building snow terrain-parks, their staff now counts 260 Young Mountaineers. Their brand QParks is well-known among snowboarders and extreme skiers across Europe, while their Funslopes® and Funcross® has drastically enhanced the world of winter tourism in the mountains in the last years.
Hartwin’s responsibilities range from business and product development, the coordination of all creative output of the agency to the overall marketing strategies of the company and its brands. Coming from the fields of linguistics and literature, he has specialised in a communicative storytelling approach to product development and growth strategies.
