Hana Ilazi coordinates the Innovations Lab Kosovo Program, as part of the UNICEF implementing partner, Peer Educators Network. Innovations Lab Kosovo is a program that aims to empower adolescents and youth in reaching their full potential to become agents of social change. The program focuses on equipping youth with skills in advocacy and lobbying, entrepreneurship, volunteering and critical media literacy.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology, from the University of Prishtina, and currently is an MA candidate in Education and Counselling Psychology in the same University.
A big part of her professional life, she has spent working with different society groups, with special focus on children, adolescents and youth from different areas and backgrounds.
During the last five years she has been an active part of Civil Society Organizations, where she has worked in increasing the capacities of NGOs, Institutions and Informal groups, in adapting innovative and coherent methodologies on youth employment, volunteering, internship and entrepreneurship; while also working with adolescents and youth in increasing their skills to improve their communities.
Outside of her professional engagement, Hana continues to be part of different initiatives with diverse groups, which aim to promote and advocate for human rights, democratization, dialogue and mediation.
