Elisabeth Pergler is lecturer at FH CAMPUS 02 in the degree programme information technologies and business informatics in Graz, Austria. She earned her PhD in social and economic sciences at Karl Franzens University Graz in 2011. Her research focus is on technology acceptance and usage, artefact evaluation methodologies and predictive models.
She is author of about 30 journal and conference publications in this field. Currently she works on the topic of value – How, when and by whom is value created? What enables or hampers value? And who is involved in value-related processes? She is involved in several projects that address this topic, e.g. predicting value from weak signals, consequences of (dis-)confirmed value-related expectations and experiences, assessment of service performance in SMEs.
