Bardha is a technologist focused on data and digitization. She has an engineering education background and has worked for 6 years in the NGO sector, involved in development, research and advocacy.
She is passionate about data driven interventions. On the past she has been designing and managing donor funded programs on innovation for social impact, researching and advocating for ICT policy improvement and implementing digital solutions to facilitate and improve community engagement.
As a researcher she explores the impact of new technologies in the development of democracy, she analyzes policies, as well as user behaviors in tech and new media.
She is engaged in consultancy and training to facilitate the adoption of new tech for increased efficiency.
